Let us relieve your reconciliation headaches and choose from any FOUR of our different Account Reconcilement plans.  Each of which will provide you a hard copy or electronic report to eliminate your manual processes.


Positive Pay

Positive Pay prevents fraudulent items from being paid against your account.  A representative will look at your account daily to verify that the checks being presented against your account are valid.   

Lockbox

Outsource your collection function to First DuPage Bank and eliminate the worries of checks not being deposited and payments not being recorded.  We’ll make sure that your payments are retrieved, processed and credited to your account faster.  We’ll also provide you with an email, fax or CD Rom of the checks and the remittance that we receive from your clients.

Cash Manager Sweep

With Earnings Credit Rates rising, put your excess funds in our overnight investment account and start earning current market returns.  With our Cash Manager Sweep you’ll receive the following:

ZBA-Zero Balance Account

A ZBA can provide you with the convenience of concentrating your funds into a designated primary account and maintaining multiple disbursement accounts.  As checks are presented against your disbursement accounts, funds are automatically transferred to cover them.

At First DuPage Bank we can set up multiple level sweeps.  So we’ll transfer funds to your ZBA, to pay down your loan and to your investment account every business day automatically.
