TM is a new, voluntary health benefits program that allows employers
to offer their employees access to affordable individual insurance plans through the convenience of payroll deduction.
It was designed to provide employers and employees with flexible, less expensive consumer-driven health insurance options.
With
FlexWORKPLACE, your employees now have the added choice of electing to apply for an individual health insurance plan
that meets their own individual needs, lifestyle and budget.
Additionally, employees can combine these low cost plans with a Health Savings Account (HSA), which allows them to have direct
control of their healthcare spending.

A FlexHSA
® offers your employees many important benefits, including:
- Pretax or tax-deductible contributions to the account
- Year-to-year roll over of the funds in the account
- Interest earned on the account is tax-free
- Distributions from the account for medical expenses are tax-free
- Distributions or purchases can be made with a debit card
- Individuals over 55 are allowed to deposit additional "catch-up" contributions
- The funds employees deposit can be invested to generate even more income (which is tax-free if used for medical expenses)
